HCCP  provides services for seniors (65+)and disabled band members to assist the frail and elderly, and some services to those under 65 years of age who have physically challenging conditions, but still living in their own homes.

Personal Support Services are provided to all band members all ages based on indivdual needs and assessment.

PERSONAL CARE

MEAL PLANNING/PREPARATION

RESPITE CARE- PROVIDE CARE GIVER RELIEF.

HOME MANAGEMENT - ASSISTING WITH LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING.

Elders Drop-in Center Open every afternoon 1 - 4 pm.  

Thursday: Exercise and Bingo.
